• The Virt system requires a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps.
• Minimum ceiling height required: 2200mm.
• Throwline distance from wall: 2370mm.
• The DartCounter App is required when using the Virt Cam.

• DartCounter App Version Requirements:

IOS Apple Store:
a) Phone/Tablet: Requires iOS 13.0 or later.
b) Computer: Requires iOS 11.0 or later.
Android:
c) Requires Android version 7.0 or later.

By downloading and using the DartCounter app, you agree to comply with these version requirements. Please ensure that your device meets the specified criteria to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

• A 3-month DartCounter trial is included with all Virt system purchases, which will auto-renew after the initial trial period.
• All Virt systems come with a 1-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase, ensuring ultimate peace of mind (terms and conditions apply).
• A USB-C cable is supplied (Length: 2.5m), a power plug is required for setup.

All United Kingdom deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail with the exception of heavy items such as dartboards, these will be shipped using a reputable delivery service such as DPD or DHL.
 
During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including next day delivery services, you need to order before 1pm if you wish to receive a next day delivery service. If you need a next day delivery service and it's already past this cut off time please call us and we can see if it's possible. 

International

All international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail with the exception of heavy items such as dartboards, these will be shipped using a reputable delivery service such as DPD or DHL.
 
During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including International Airmail (Tracked) and International Courier.
