General Questions

We are a dedicated online darts store, proudly serving darts enthusiasts with a wide range of products. For your convenience, we offer a click-and-collect service from our warehouse located in Wokingham, England. While we strive to provide an exceptional online shopping experience, please note that we do not have a physical storefront for in-person visits or browsing. Our team is always here to assist you online with any questions or support you may need.

We accept returns under the following circumstances: if an item is faulty, has been delivered incorrectly, or if the product is unused and remains in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will handle the return process and cover the cost of returning the product. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. If items are not in a saleable condition or fall outside our 30-day return policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund. We are happy to offer an exchange for any unused product listed on our website, provided it has not been personalised or customised and is in the original condition it was shipped in.

Personalised items are typically dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed. This allows our team sufficient time to prepare and ship your order efficiently.

We use a variety of shipping methods and the timescales are below, all shipments are sent using DHL,DPD or Royal Mail


Standard Delivery - 1-5 Working days to deliver
Express Delivery – Next Working Day
Express Courier – Next Working day to deliver
Special Delivery – Next Working Day Guaranteed


Please note the timescales may be 1-2 days slower in certain regions such as non-mainland UK and Scottish Highlands

The postage cost will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your address and added items to your basket. Shipping costs vary based on your location and the items ordered, which is why we provide a range of shipping options at checkout.

If you aren’t home some deliveries can be left in a safe space or posted through a letterbox if this option is not available the delivery company will attempt delivery 3 times and if they cant delivery the parcel will be returned to us.

We send a shipping confirmation email for every order when a valid email address is provided. This email includes a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
