Nicknamed "Bully Boy", he is best known for becoming PDC World Champion and for being involved in one of the most iconic moments in darts history, the remarkable nine dart finish against Michael van Gerwen during the 2023 PDC World Championship final. Throughout his career, Smith has also faced challenges including dartitis and a wrist injury suffered following a scooter accident, both of which affected his performances on the professional stage.
