Returns And Exchange
Check Below for all the information and guides you need to make a return or exchange
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer
If you contact our customer support team at orders@doubletopdartshop.com they will provide all the information needed for a speedy return or exchange. Alternatively send us a message on our Live Chat in the bottom right or DM us on any of our Social Media channels.
Some products are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Gift Cards
- Custom Dart Shirts
- Personalised Products
We sometimes offer partial refunds in the following situations:
- Any item that is not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged
- Any item missing parts, not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

In some cases, we offer a free returns label for UK mainland returns. If the product isn’t defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note, shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Shipping Times for Exchanges
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your purchase was a gift and marked as such, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we’ve processed the return, we’ll send you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Sale items will only be refunded at the price you paid for the item.
