Josh Rock

Northern Irish professional darts player Josh 'Rocky' Rock burst onto the PDC scene in 2022 and has quickly become one of the brightest young talents in the game. A former PDC World Youth Champion and World Cup of Darts champion, Rock has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting players on the professional circuit. About Josh Rock

Josh Rock is one of a new breed of professional darts players to rapidly establish himself at the top of the sport. He burst onto the scene with a PDC World Youth Championship win and five Development Tour titles, marking him out as one of the brightest young talents in the game.

Rock has been practicing regularly with fellow professional Tony O’Shea, and former World Champion Rob Cross has had a hand in his attitude towards equipment, helping him improve his game. Rock, like Cross, is known for frequently changing his set of darts. While they are the exact same barrel, he uses a new set for every darting event, a rarity at the top level of professional darts.

Away from the oche he is also one of a growing number of players who put a lot of emphasis on health and fitness as a way of improving performance.
