Crafted from 90% tungsten, the Hiraeth barrels feature a distinctive raw shot blast finish inspired by the Welsh valleys. Precision milled grip zones are positioned at the key contact points to deliver a secure, responsive feel in the hand, while striking red detailing creates a bold modern profile that reflects The Ferret's presence on the oche.

Switch Point Technology, Universally Compatible

Equipped with Winmau Switch Point technology and fitted with Jonny's competition spec 37.5mm Silver Chain Pro points. The interchangeable point system is fully compatible with Target Swiss Point, Harrows Quick Point, and Caliburn EVO EZ Point systems, allowing players to customise point styles without changing barrels.

United Kingdom
All United Kingdom deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail with the exception of heavy items such as dartboards, these will be shipped using a reputable delivery service such as DPD or DHL.

During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including next day delivery services, you need to order before 1pm if you wish to receive a next day delivery service. If you need a next day delivery service and it's already past this cut off time please call us and we can see if it's possible.

International
All international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail with the exception of heavy items such as dartboards, these will be shipped using a reputable delivery service such as DPD or DHL.

During the checkout process you are able to select a variety of delivery services including International Airmail (Tracked) and International Courier.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, see list below.

• Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, see list below.

• Any item not in its original condition
• Any item that is damaged
• Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check this with your original payment method, if you’ve done this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
